Goodrich Property Group was founded in 2022 but has been combining Luxury with modern building techniques since 2015

It started building back in 2015 when the director Mark set about renovating his family home with a loft conversion, this quickly turned into a complete renovation of the property and was the start of what has today come to be, Goodrich Property Group.
Since 2015 Mark has worked both in the construction industry and for himself throughout his time, he has worked with several tier-one contractors, such as Barratt Homes, Balfour Beatty, Collins Construction on two leading Londons projects "Chancery House - The London Silver Vaults" and "3 St Helens Place - The Leathersellers" before moving to Overbury, to work on Europe's largest commercial fit-out in Canary Wharf, dealing with the challenging structural works, of which some have never been seen before in Europe, with an estimated project completion value to be over £1Bn.
During this time personally he has developed several High-end properties in London with net worth’s over £1.5m.
In 2022 combining all his experience he set up the Goodrich Property Group branching out to deliver construction projects, developments and high-end serviced accommodations which to date has controlled assets totalling £1.85m and growing.

From initial design using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) with cutting-edge materials and bespoke products, we are able to deliver properties which only the wealthiest could dream of without the high cost. We constantly deliver beyond our client's expectations.
