Who Are PIMS

The Property Investors Mediation Service (PIMS) is an independent organisation providing redress and mediation for property investors and property entrepreneurs in certain sectors.

Property Managers and Estate / Letting Agents are required by law to be registered with the Property Redress Scheme or The Property Ombudsman, but PIMS is the very first organisation to offer a business-to-business mediation service for property professionals working solely in Rent-to-Rents, Deal Sourcing and Joint Ventures.

If you are a member of PIMS and only doing Rent-to-Rents, Deal Sourcing and/or Joint Ventures (as defined on our site), you DO NOT also need to be a member of PRS or TPO. This has been confirmed by legal authorities and Trading Standards.
