Mark is an internationally experienced Project Manager having 12 years of experience serving in the British Military around the world before moving into construction in 2015. He brings years of experience and a wide variety of skills, knowledge, and aptitude to the Construction industry and the business. A strategic leader who is motivated and drives solutions and strategies to accomplish challenging programmes, he is articulate and quick-witted.  

 

Throughout his time in construction, he has worked with several tier-one contractors, such as Barratt Homes, Balfour Beatty, Collins Construction on two leading Londons projects before moving to Overbury PLC to work on Europe's largest commercial fit-out in Canary Wharf, dealing with the challenging structural works, of which some have never been seen before in Europe, with an estimated project completion value to be over £1Bn.

 

He has personally developed several High-end properties in London with net worth’s over £1.5m.  

In 2022 combining all his experience he set up the Goodrich Property Group branching out to deliver construction projects, developments and high-end serviced accommodations which to date has controlled assets totalling £1.85m and growing.
