Eastwick + Sweetwater
East Wick Olympic Park Village – East Wick and Sweetwater is a £102m development.
A joint venture with Places for People and the group’s investment arm developing the two neighbourhoods of East Wick and Sweetwater consisting of 1,500 homes. A total of seven construction phases with mixed use of apartments, townhouses, and several associated commercial facilities including retail and leisure amenities. The project is targeting BREEAM 'Excellent' status and producing 302 zero-carbon homes within the first phase of the development.
Due to the unique location on top of the new Cross Rail line, a mix of "Lightweight Steel Frame (LWSF) and 'Reinforced Concrete Frame (RCF)' whilst using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to push this exciting, cutting edge and challenging development to the forefront of developments in east London.
