Gilden Park is a £25m development.

This project comprised of 204 units, a mixture of ten mid-rise apartment blocks and 120, 2-5 bedroom semi-detached and detached affordable housing and private residential builds. Using modern methods of construction (MMC) to build most of the apartments.
